The User is solely responsible for the address provided for shipping. The possibility of the User to adhere to the current commercial offers remains unaffected; in case of delivery with a delay of more than 30 (thirty) days compared to the specific delivery term indicated on the Site or, when this is not present, with respect to the maximum term of 30 (thirty) days from the one following the dispatch of the order.
