The User is solely responsible for the address provided for shipping. The possibility of the User to adhere to the current commercial offers remains unaffected; in case of delivery with a delay of more than 30 (thirty) days compared to the specific delivery term indicated on the Site or, when this is not present, with respect to the maximum term of 30 (thirty) days from the one following the dispatch of the order. If the User still wishes to retain the purchased Products, Jag Couture London will proceed with the reimbursement of any sums paid by the User for shipping costs, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the date of presentation of the complaint. If, however, the User does not wish to retain the Products, the preceding paragraph will apply. 6. In this declaration, the User must in any case indicate the order number as reported in the order confirmation e-mail and the order date, in addition to data relating to the invoice where it was issued.
