General Conditions A) These general terms and conditions of sale and use of the website identified below (hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, the “General Conditions”) apply and regulate all online sales of products (hereinafter referred to as “Products” or “Product”) by Jag Couture Limited, with registered office in United Kingdom, 415 HIGH STREET, STRATFORD, LONDON E15 4QZ, Jag Couture Limited, registered in England & Wales no.: 13579978, email: info@jagcouture.co.uk, (hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, “Jag Couture London”), through its IT platform accessible through the domain https://www.jag-couture-london.myshopify.com and any future mobile applications (considered together or separately, below, for brevity, the “Site”). B) The General Conditions may be subject to change and the date of publication of the same on the Site is equivalent to the date of entry into force. The possibility of the User to adhere to the current commercial offers remains unaffected; in case of delivery with a delay of more than 30 (thirty) days compared to the specific delivery term indicated on the Site or, when this is not present, with respect to the maximum term of 30 (thirty) days from the one following the dispatch of the order.
